Committee meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6.00 p.m followed by the Club Meeting at 7.30 p.m.Everyone is welcome to attend

This is the agenda for the next club meeting on Tuesday 10th Feb. at 7.30pm
On the weekend of Saturday 28th March a group of Hunter Club members will be attending the memorial run for a combined club run comprising the Great Lakes Historic Car Club; the Taree Historic Motor Club and Hunter MGCC. Gary Piper our sporting director is coordinating this event for our Club in conjunction with John Fletcher from Great Lakes Historic Car Club. John Fletcher will be attending our February Club meeting to bring members up to date with what’s happening over the weekend of 27th-28th March.
In addition to John Fletcher from GLHCC our guest speaker for the February meeting will be Chris from The Caravan Wizard. Apart from our regular meeting attendees, I recommend that anyone who has a caravan or who is thinking about buying one makes sure they come along.
The Mid Week run will be on Wednesday 11th Feb. going to the Edgeworth Tavern
The Sunday run will be on the 15th Feb with a twilight run starting at 3.30pm from the clubhouse with a left hand turn only run to Pelican for a BYO Dinner.
The Hawks Nest Motorfest will be held on Saturday 7th March.
An entrance fee of $10 per vihicle and $5 per motorcycle to support local volunteer organisations.The time for arrival is between 8am and 9.30am.The location for the display is at the Myall Park Sports Oval,off Yamba Street at Hawks Nest.
The members of the Newcastle District Vintage and Classic Car Club has extended an invitation to the MGCCHR to join in their rallies and share their comeraderie.A list of events are in their magazine and on their website HERE
