Newcastle Show – 3 Car Display Days

There’s an opportunity to display some club cars at the Newcastle Show, on each of the 3 days.

• There’s only room room to display 3 cars per day
• Entry will by the Brown Rd vehicle gate
• The cars will need to be in place by 8am each day, and can only leave after 10pm on Fri-Sat and 5pm on Sun (although it’s possible that cars may be able to be ‘escorted’ out by Showground staff from 7pm on Fri-Sat
• The show will provide those bringing their car with 2 free entry tickets, one for themselves & one for an attending family member
• Whilst there are security staff around the show, none will be specifically designated for the car display, although an agreed time within the day could be arranged to allow you to see the show/take a break
